DA-100 ignition help/switch
Hey Fellows
How are ya, Listen I really could use some help on my DA-100 , I really should know this answer but for some reason I'm just drawing a complete blank on how to hook this up, What I want to
know is this, I have a New DA-100 and I just installed it in a 33% size airplane but
what I cant seem to figure out is how the ignition box from the DA hooks up to
the on/off switch, I have a idea but I just don't want to hook it up back wards
or maybe wrong, So if any of you guys could please walk me through this using baby steps that would be great.
Where I need you to start is at the DA's little silver ignition box, of coarse I
know the cables that go to the spark plugs, and then on the other end of the box
there are two more wires, one is the big red wire that hooks back up to the
engine, and the other is the battery wire, OK from this wire what do I need to
plug that into( I'm using a regulator for my battery so I kind of think that's
what is throwing me off a little) but anyway the battery wire that has the
opened bare ends do I install some type of j plug or do I solder it to what
ever I'm supposed to hook it up to?? I'm kind of thinking that this wire should
plug into my regulator first but like I said I'm a little confused about where
in order the Regulator, battery, switch, ignition box wire goes, So any and all your help
would be great, and thanks again...
I look forward in hearing from you...
