I feel a 100 times better, I talked to keith at bme and it is getting shipped back fixxed. The problem was the ignition wires at the deans connector the solder tabs were broke and making interemitent contact. I had it zip tied to the engine mount and vibration caused the problem (i wont do that again) he also found the futaba battery connector not making good contact with the switch so i will solder that to the switch for good. Now I will be able to fly my new wildhare extra this weekend.
