Default RE: Modeltec Excite 90/how does it 3D?

I'm with you Micheal on how this plane handles the wind, it's just an all around great plane to have and fly. I fly mine with a Magnum .91 2stroke and had to run a pump because of the tank height. I even went through the surgery and lowered the tank but it wasn't enough, the pump solved all the problems. As far as how it 3-D's it hovers hands off, waterfalls are pretty good, flat spins are good, harriers are a little rocky but a little mixing would take care of that I think, all in all other than the tank I can't see any other problems with the Excite except you have to keep up with the covering and tacking it down once in a while it doesn't want to stay put. I have never had a plane that has such good control even at almost zero air speed, dead stick landings are a non issue with this plane it will respond to control inputs at litteraly zero airspeed. My Excite is my plane that goes in the truck everytime I go flying and sometimes the only plane I get out of the truck to fly. I to am surprised more people have not tried the Excite and like any other plane I like this much I bought another one to have just in case but other than a dumb thumb a couple of feet off the ground I'm not sure how a guy could crash this plane the way it fly's. Glad to see some other people fly this baby, now I feel like I have someone to talk to about it yippee. I almost forgot so I had to edit this, Make sure you use metal clevises on the ailarons, even with fuel line for keepers the plastic clevises will pop off and it is no fun trying to fly with the ailarons flapping in the brease, trust me on this one because that's how a guy could crash this plane other than a dumb thumb or a radio failure.
