My first thought would be to see if anything has shifted forward in the hull (not having one, I've no idea if thats even possible. Take it for what it's worth.)
Towing.
'Where' the tow hook is attached makes a big difference! If it's forward of the prop/rudder the 'tow' tends to pull the towing boat in the direction of any turns (over steering). If it's aft of the prop/rudder, the opposite is true (under steering). Pick the 'type' of 'steering' you are most comfortable with (if that makes sense?). If you use the 'string and ball' method of 'catching' a tow, use a line that floats!
