mchandrasegran, you are reading my mind. Do a search with my name and you will see that we have the same idea. Well, almost. I am not going to join the elev halves. I will mount a single servo on its side behind the wing tube. I will create 2 Ys'. 1 For the top and 1 for the bottom. I will make the l part a little longer 7-10" so my exit hole isn't so big. The decision I have to make is on the servo. OMP says 150-180oz per elev 1/2. That seems like an awful lot. That's as much as my 23lb Sukhoi called for. That would require me to use the new Hitec servo when it comes out. Total weight will be around 5oz. OUCH. Futaba makes a servo that puts out 277oz of torque at only 3oz. I will do a little asking around but I think it will suffice.
