YS Deadsticks

For some reason today, even with a higher than normal trim idle setting (due to this concern) the engine quits on final, this would be after I suppose a reasonably long idle but a fast one. I am wondering if I should tweak the regulator (which way), the low end air bleed or main needle?? Need some expert advice!
