Default RE: Seagull Models Harrier 3D

I swapped out landing gear - tore out the huge blind nuts -used none of the tail hardware and used only 5 servos -no spinner - etc..
I was SERIOUS about the weight as the Funtana was a real power to weight problem----------
Magnum fuels are a step up in power - from 15% -
I can easily document 12 ounces of dead weight left out - no problem
servos in the rer typically add over 3 ozs per servo - counting leads/linkage etc..

put up front - using ONE elev servo and a good fork pushrod is a huge savings and balances thigs much better.
Ever see a full scale plane with big ol servos poking out under the stab??
