Dennis, I have two Webra 120s and a T. Tiger 120, all mounted on the Sullivan backplate type soft mount, which utilizes large Lord rubber mounts. Other friends of mine are using the same mount. It is effective, the cost is reasonable, and requires no maintenance, having used these for the past 7 or 8 years on the oldest installation.
