Default Pylons

Well, my latest endeavor, although not composite, is quite interesting. Coming up with the task of some new, transportable pylons was a challenge. I have looked at Don's version with interest and wanted to come up with one that had a sizeable base. Basically, make it look like Reno in some ways.

After building these, I have come to the conclusion that spontaneous work, without planning sometimes works best!

THE RESULT.....

When I purchased the parts, I planned on making the pylons four sided. Then I reduced it to three... Well, the plyons are actually only two sided and very visible! One plate in the back is unscrewed, the 5 gallon buckets come off the top, the pvc pipe removed and they fold up! The handles on the side serve as a carrying mechanism and also tie down points. Total height is approximately 15 ft.

More details in the next photos.
