It comes stock with it's own magneto. It's adaquate, but can be difficult to start if you don't get the prop positioned properly. The best way is with a custom ignition arrangement from RCIGN-1 or CH Ignition. There are a couple of others, but I am not familiar with them.

RCIGN markets a complete engine/ignition package that's pretty reasonable and is lighter than the original stock engine. Performs well.
