Try propping down to a 9x8, and see if that don't help with the "bogging" down. May help keeping the rpm's up in your high G turns. Also, give it an extra click to rich....

Of course, this is assuming everything is hunky dory with the fuel tank/line set up.

edit> Have you thought about trying the TH "tuned" muffler? This may give you a little better performance with the 10x7, if you don't want really wind it up, propping it down.
