Default RE: Seagull Models Harrier 3D

FAST BUILD?

This is the easiest arf so far. Had a few packages of GP control horns, a bit more sturdy.
On my way home from work last night grabbed some 4-40 misc rods I can cut to length.
Also upgrading the H9 clevices.

It took a matter of minutes to glue all of the surfaces. This is usually a time consuming
process on my larger gas models drilling, tapping, and installing the robart hinges etc.

I went back over the hinges a few minutes later with a little more thin CA, then wiped them down
with a little paper towel coated with debonder. This AM when I checked them they seemed very firm.

I've just finished cuting a true turn 2 1/2 (per instructions in this thread or another) and using an
APC 16x8 prop... not sure if there enough room for a 17x8... I will try it later.

It also took a matter of minutes to install servos in the wings. Very easy when you can see what you are doing.

Having the wing tubes is going to save a lot of time as well. I suppose this all makes up for all the time that is
supposedly spent on the flying wires?

Now, got to dig up that Saito...........
