Default Help with basic electrics...newbie

Hi All,

I'm just starting into electric flight with a park flyer called Typsy Nipper from Hobby-Lobby. I have a few basic questions about the electric install.

a) I have a Graupner Speed 400 motor. Looking from the front of the motor the drive shaft spins anti-clockwise which is the correct direction for the prop. The motor will be installed with a gearbox which will of course change the direction of rotation out of the gearbox to clockwise. I presume that I will have to reverse the motor rotation by switching from the normal connections to inverse. Does this have any impact on the motor.

b) For the run-in of the motor will i have also to do this in the reverse direction to normal terminal connection

c) Is it worth to install capacitor onto the motor and if so how many and where..?

d) Does the Graupner Speed 400 have bearings that need oiling..? And how do i oil them ..?

Thanks for any help you may give.
