RE: OMP Hybrid "My Build"
Just finished step 19 of 28 on the fuse.
It was time to build the upper cowl sides.
I cut the templates from the plans and taped them to a piece of balsa to cut them out. Glued some bracing to them and glued it to the fuse doubler. I also installed the 1/4" balsa cross brace. The next step will be to sheet the top of the cowl with 1/8" balsa. I figured I would go ahead and mark the thrust line on the firewall before the sheeting was installed. Marking the firewall is not mentioned yet but this seems like the last chance I have before the sheeting would interfere.
