I guess I am missing the 6v Booster battery. I will have to modify as I dont have the other half of the jack.

Can I modify the booster jack to a regular futaba lead and leave it permanently mounted or does it
have to be unplugged.
(Ie on the kill and run setting there should be no drain to the battery and the Jump start wont be on if the battery is attached???)

What Amperage battery do I need? Can I use a 4.8v battery?
