Default RE: "Doubledge" biplane?

Well, I have to agree. As soon as I saw it I started having second thoughts about the project. It really is not attractive, at least to me.

Interestingly I have had a lot of in-person comments about what a neat plane it is. I always kind of stepped back to see who was saying it and if they were winking at me or something. BUt in every case they have been serious, so I am guessing that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, some people think it's cool and others think it's, well, not-so-handsome.

It still flies well, it remains a second level project for when I run out of other ideas.

For now I get to test fly the 97" Extra Special 1st unit today, this I am excited about. I also may get to test our new 120 sized Edge 540T, our first glow-sized plane.
