Default RE: What TX do you fly with? 10X vs. 9Zap

Kenny, I used to have a 9CAP and went out and got myself an MX-22 instead of a 10X. Here's why :-

10 channels PCM / 12 channels PPM
30 model memories
Fixed Wing and Heli modes
1700mAh battery (about 2 hours solid flying time)

I use it for everything from gliders to helis, from 40 size fun-flys to jets. It does the full compliment of heli swash-plates and if you buy a 10X Aero then you're gonna have to buy another one if you ever stray towards helis. It does all kinds of neat stuff like programmable time delay on certain channels, which is really cool for stuff like airbrakes, etc.

It's a doddle to program as I got my hands on one for evaluation before they were readily available in Europe and it didn't have a manual at the time. I managed to get my Harpoon programmed with all ten channels with ease - its very intuitive and the rotary wheel system works very well indeed. Shortly after deciding to have one for myself the instruction was given to me and that was just the icing on the cake. The manual is absolutely superb with loads of examples and written is very good english.

It IS the only radio I will ever need and costs less than a 10x which only does half of what the MX-22 does. It is a FANTASTIC radio. Before you go and buy anything go and see one first hand and have a play with it, you will not be disapointed.
