RE: U Can Do 3D
Crank, not sure on the delay in idleing down, but the Cline can get right on the carb if your elbows are glued on in relation to this position. I checked it before I glued them. If they are not in the right position, and are already glued, then you may not get this close. Just wondering if with the length of fuel line you have now, maybe the delay is caused by a little bit of pressure in that line, untill it bleeds off.
As far as hover goes, mine favors the canopy. Now, just for clarity, does it pull to the canopy and want to go over? Or does it hang, but just at an angle?
No elevator in inverted flight means that you are at the CG limit. Any further back then it will climb.
In normal flight, if you have to hold up elevator, check your ailerons, they may be angled up from the center line of the wing and that will force the nose down. To start, shorten the linkage one turn on each side and give it a try. Also notice that, with this change, it will affect inverted flight.
As far as CG and landing goes, you will notice the further aft you go, the more sensetive the elevator gets. It will develop a tendency to porpoise the further back it gets and if you push it back to where you need down elevator to land, well then, your my hero, cause that far back is not for me. Good luck, Joe
