Actually, it will land easier with an aft CG, just needs less elevator. Too far back and it gets touchier. If you come in hotter, make sure you have plenty of fuel, cause its not going to land unless you force it down. This frame needs almost 0 airspeed on touch down. Picture the plane landing on a piece of tissue paper, thats all it takes. Its the ones landing hotter that are knocking the LG off. Not knowing what your used to, this is no trainer or sport plane and will basically float in and touch down wherever you target. I'm at 5-5/8 inches back. Good luck and enjoy, Joe
