It might be interesting to see where the candidates stand on issues and concerns of the membership. Maybe the supporters of each could find out their positions on issues that will affect not only DV, but the entire AMA.

What is their stance on autonomous flight?

Heavy turbines?

55 pounds, all aircraft. Wet or dry?

Allowing experimental class planes in competition?

The rights of 3d flyers vs. scale flyers vs. all flyers.

Spread spectrum?

Inexpensive (under $100 complete) park flyers and potential conflicts?

The continued acquisition of property in Muncie, including, but not limited to, Reese Airport?

Should clubs be more closely controlled, in areas such as safety/safety officer?

Should competition rules have a shorter cycle?
