DTB I a, with you on that. All the horror stories in this thread are with plastic gear servos. Flutter just Kills them.
The ones i have found to be GREAT for the $$ is Futaba 3305 which they released in Feb i think to compete with Hitec.
The only thing i did nto like about Hiteck MG servos is they contain one plasic gear. Futaba all metal and a bit faster.
And you guys a correct... BALOONING can be delt with if the landing aproach done properly.
(writing this while trying to take the dents in the balsa out from the TREE landing)
Just ordered the Hitec Optic-6 with spectra.
What do you guys think about 9C with spectra in it?
