I am in the process of upgrading my Villain EX. Just installed and RC Hydro's ESC, Upgraded the wiring, and will soon add the Trinity Monster Maxx Motors.

My question is would it be worth it to replace the two steerable props with a seperate Prop and Rudder System. Would this upgrade really increase the performance of the boat or is this too large and expensive of an upgrade for this "intermediate" boat. I was going to upgrade the props and shafts with Octura, but wanted to ask this question first before I order b/c if I do install a seperate rudder system, I will obviously need to get a flex drive shaft instead.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
