My latest plane....I have "doinked" it in the ground a few times....not problem with the motor....mount or the front end. I have a strip of .5mm X 3mm CF along the bottom edge if the vertical profile....from the nose back to the wing support. If you nose it in the ground...this will save the plane! I took the .5mm X 3mm strips and inlayed them in the foam on all four panels of the fuselage. from the edge of the nose back 1 inch past the leading edge of the wing. Then I wedged in some 2" long pcs. on each side of the panel in the lstos of the mount. Pretty much doink proof!!!!
