Default RE: U Can Do 3D

Denno,

I learned how to torque roll this year and here is how I did it:

1. Do you have realflight G2? I have a couple of airplanes that I can send you that are good TR trainers. The airplanes that come with G2 do not model the TR very well. I have a couple of airplanes (*.pln files) that do. They are quite forgiving and TR very nice.
2. Make a foamy, like a foamyfactory.com Yak. Put a brushless himaxx and use 3-cell Lipos. Excellent TR trainer and when you screw up there is little if any damage. See mine here: www.johnecramer.com
3. Transfer the above skills to your glow/gas birds.

It is important to note that you need to build reflexes to be able to TR. Just like riding a bike or flying your airplane in forward flight. If you have to think about it - it is too late. The best way to build these reflexes are with a lot of practice without losing your airplane in the process.
