Default How do you build 84 inch Hots light?

I have just ordered 84 inch foam wing cores for the Hots. This is a scratch building project without any plans, just some basic ratios. I have seen this airplane with G-62 weighing in at 20 lbs.
I want to use the Saito 180 and come in at 12 lbs. This is my plan.

1) One-piece wing, sheeted with 3/32 balsa and Core Bond glue.
2) No wing spar, but dry wall fiberglass tape on both sides of the wing.
3) Fiberglass the wing center section out 12 inches.
4) Tail section will be balsa stick sheeted with 1/16 balsa.
5) Fuse will be balsa stick and sheeted with 3/32 balsa.

Question: is this strong enough? Wing spars don’t add a lot of weight but I have read that 3/32 sheet is a very strong wing.

Any other suggestions for coming in light?
