Is "incumbent" marked on the ballot itself? (not the campaign statement, but rather right on the ballot).

NO, it is marked only on the campaign statements (they probably figured no one reads those anyway since they 10,000 couldn't read the mailing instructions at the last election - and there are not that many modelers in Palm Beach County FL.).
