I built several of them in the late 50s. I also thought they were good flying models. Really was an easy mod to move the firewall. I will be building 3 more for the trip grandchildren for christmas. theelmores have the plans copied full size from the mag. Here is the link:

I think I will make the wing a little thicker in chord. Although I remember it flying well, I don't remember it being able to turn that tight. I will however admit to being a lot sloppier builder in my teens.
