Well the way I look at it, I own 8 JetCats One of them is a P-160 and the rest are all p-120's so If I send my engine in for whatever they need; I expect service and good service.This is why I pay top dollar for what seems to be the best, if not My money is welcome elsewhere.
I bought a high end vehicle this yr and I was told that I needed to bring it to the dealership for all kinds of UPGRADES or UPDATES, what did it cost me ? a Phone call and 30 minutes to drop it off and drive away in a Loaner. That's good customer service if you ask me. I've done business with JetCat and good business was done, I expect they back their product up as most people do in their business, I know I do in my Business. We're talking thousands of dollars here so I assume its backed.
