In my opinion you shouldn't have to rotate that carb because you should only have to adjust it once or twice and then leave it alone. I put a new fuji 50 on a G P patty wagstaff leaned it about a 1/8 of a turn and ran it the rest of the summer. runs a little better every flight. good luck I like gas.
