Joe - No, mine throttles right down without hesitation. As far the your question about whether or not I've moved the low-end dial - I leaned it until it would quit as-soon-as I hit WOT after an extended idle and then richened it until it would stumble (with lots of smoke) after idling, and then set it right in between. Like with your Moki, the dial is very sensitive. I sold my used 1.80 to a guy at the field and that thing idles so smooth it doesn't bounce the plane at all. My plane at idle shakes so much it looks like it's having some sort of convulsion.
