How did you finish the canopy on your Pennzoil chipmunk? Paint or film from the inside or outside?
Experimenting with profilm at low temperature I find that you can iron on the film to simulate the panel frames on the canopy material (lexan?). It bonds into the canopy material and is permanent. I haven't tried it on the original yet though.
