Default Rear Carb engines

I have a new 3W 60cc engine that I want to use on a Yellow Aircraft P47. The carb is in the rear and I intend to box it up to get the right cowl clearance. How then can I adjust the low and high speed needles.

I will run in the engine on a test stand but I am sure that from time to time I will need to adjust the needles. How to do this without taking the engine out?
