I obtained a 3/8" piece of brass tubing thet would just fit the head of the screw and glued a cut off head of a 4/40 socket head bolt to it with J-B weld. The needle screw head goes in one end of the tubing and the 4/40 bolt in the other.
Then in the airplane I shoved a piece of fuel tubing over the brass tubing and ran it to the outside of the airplane. (Straight shot)
Now to adjust the needle I just run a 4/40 hex driver down the fuel tubing to the screw
