Ok I’m going to guess that all AMA members have received their ballots by now.

How long do the polls remain open (so to speak)?

THE BALLOT MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 12, 2004.

When will we know the results?

PROBABLY BY EARLY DECEMBER AT THE LATEST. My best guess based on previous elections.
