My first crash of a glow plane was about a year and a half after I started flying. I had put a bigger engine in my trainer, and to fix the CG i moved the battery back, and I put an extension on it, which ran through the servoes (you can probably guesse where this is going). I flew it about 10 times like that, but one day I took off too steep, gave it down elevator to level it off, then I had no control, and the plane was running full throttle with down elevator.... Broken firewall, couple of peices of balsa, and a crushed LE

It has be repaired and I still fly it on ocasion
