No, the one you posted will not work. You'd be better off with a roto-start. I put one on my X-cellerator and love it. The gears haven't broke and as long as you can properly charge batteries its not an issue. As far as hard to take off, I guess if you call unscrewing 4 screws hard then you better stick with a pull start. The guys that say their heavy crack me up!!
