Then your Tx and Rx are not communicating. Are those all stock components? Make sure both crystals sit in properly. Otherwise, I have no clue. Try another Tx if possible. All I can say from my experience with the esky radio is that if signal is intermittent, Rx flashes very quickly and kind of randomly between red and green. If Rx doesn't get signal at all, it'll flash red a few times and then stay red afterwards.
