If that was a 4 Star 60 ARF, there should have been a piece of wood that you set on TOP of the wing, that indicates where to set the ailerons for neutral position. It has two angles on the bottom, and if you have it, you'll notice that the ailerons appear to be "up" slightly. If you don't have one, e-mail me your adrress and I'll either trace it and mail it to you, or fax it to you, and you can cut one out of a scrap piece of balsa.
