When I went to install my wing the gap at the back where the bolts go was in excess on an inch... I first tried to sand the fuselage wing saddle to conform to the wing, but then I realized that the bottom of the leading edge of the wing had a similar gap where the fuselage curves back down to fit with the bottom of the leading edge. So I lowered the dowel hole and every thing fit well.

I guess if you a good fit from the top of the wing saddle to the wing, the bottom of the leading edge and you didn't sand the wing saddle to make it fit, you should have the proper wing incidence.
