Just got done reading an article in the Dec. issue of "Fly RC" magazine.
It's in the Primary Training section, and it's called "Flying in the Wind" by Jef Raskin-
[email protected]
It deals with the fact that once the plane is in the air, it can't tell which way/how hard the wind is blowing.
This article is a good read for EVERYONE, not just beginners, but if you are a beginner, you will quickly gain some knowledge that many "experienced" flyer still lack.
Do yourselves a favor, and pick up this magazine, read the article (and a lot of other good stuff in there too) and then pass it around the club!
