A starter box works by spining the fly wheel through the hole in the chassi, yes you can use a starter box on a Rush
The origonal rush's don't have the roto start
my rush did....then i sold it...wish i didnt....o well!
also, you need to push down on a starter box in order to activate the spinning wheel...or tahst what mine does.
