Actually it would look fine if the streaks were in a different direction. Wings streak with the airflow and fuselages streak vertically. In both cases yours is backward, but you can always sand and spray another coat or two. That's the nice thing about paint. You can always work on it later as long as it's fuel proof when you fly it.
