Have just bought a Great Planes U-Can-Do-3D and 5 new Hitec digital servos, type HS-5625, date coded March 02, to use in this model. Didn't realise there was a checkered history associated with these servos. I have a JR 3810 transmitter plus 700 Rx. Will this combination work reliably? What size of NiCad/ NiMh should I be considering.
I am imformed that any bugs associated with this servo have been erradicated. Does anybody know to the contary.
Would I be better cutting my loses and buying 5 off coreless servos?
