Default My first flights

I've got a new Saito 100 on mine, and like others have said... this plane is a ball to fly... I have a Morris the Knife and it's darn close to being as fun.

Being bigger it does have slower movement to swing that big ole surface around, snaps are slow and rolls are fair to middlin'...

Hovering is indeed pretty easy and with a Saito 100 (and a 14x8 prop for break-in) will hover around 1/3 to 1/2 thottle... sweet!

Knife edges are too easy...

What I did notice for you guys having trouble with various maneuvers... Try the maneuver with varying throttle... I have found that the plane will quickly dump out of some situations with too much throttle. i.e. Mine seems to knife better at about 1/2 throttle, but has more coupling at higher speeds... might this mean a visit to the the thrust angle issue?

ANywho... great plane, worth the money, seems well built and like was mentioned before... feels comfortable right up front... easy takeoffs and crawlingly slow landings...

(Oh, and I have just basic Futaba 3004 servos... the only hting I changed was to use 4/40 pushrods and metal clevis')
