I am one of the unlucky ones to get a damaged wingtip straight out of the bag. I'm contimplating just fixing it if I have to send it back and go thru that hassle. what's the procedure from greatplanes, do I have to pack this thing back up and send it back or do they just send out a new (hopefully undamaged) one?
