23.5# is way overweight. I would cut into the tail before I ever added 1.2# of lead to the nose of anything!! I got mine down to just over 20 pounds by putting in a single 8611 on rudder instead of 2 8411s. All the batteries, ignition, throttle servo and switch hardware is up front of the CG, the rudder servo is as far forward as possible (didn't use stock location) I did not have to add weight at all.
