I got my UCD a few weeks back, my wing suffered the same fate as allot of yours, I had one crushed rib, I decided to just fix it myself rather than wait. My question is I used Du-Bro pinned hinges rather than the CA hinges as Ive read allot of peoples hinges are cracking on this plane, I didn't want to chance it. I have sealed the bottom of the ailerons, elevators & one side of the rudder. Should I do both sides of all surfaces? I don't plan on flying it fast at all, but those are some mighty large surfaces!! I also put a little more tri-stock on the landing gear block, & am going to try to get a little bit of 30 min. down there also. I peeled back the covering under the tail, added a piece of 1/8 lite ply for a Sullivan tail wheel assy. I didn't trust the one that came with the kit. Anyone have any other suggestions I missed? (took me about three days to read all the post's here!!)
