I too wanted to be a fighter pilot and my dream was to fly F-18's carrier based. I can still remember the day I drove up to the recruiting office and walked inside, only to find out I would never be able to make my dream become reality. I wear corrective lenses and you can't be a fighter pilot if you wear glasses.
