did you try to check the cristals,

if they both have the same frequency

i have the E-sky v1 and the E-sky 3D ... and i use both cristals in 1 transmitter its easy to change them
sometimes i use the 4 channel for both heli`s or the 6 for both .. i have changed mine from 35MHZ and to 72MHZ .. without any problems

there is always a lable on it with the frequentie of the cristals
