So what, does that make it ok? If they know there is an ethical issue here why don't they refuse to sell this airframe. "Just a distributor" is bogus excuse in my mind.

I agree with you 100%. I guess I should have elaborated that Morris Hobbies is not the only "guilty" party. These kits haev been sold on ebay either by another distributor or by the manufacturer.
